Overview of VCB Assembly Area |
The VCB assembly line is designed to support a lean manufacturing process where the least possible number of people is required to man it. That means human errors are minimized. It also incorporates an ingeniously flexible setup so that different models of VCB can be manufactured on the same line concurrently or sequentially.
A fully assembled VCB spends as much time in the testing area as it spends while being assembled. Quality standards are pursued rigorously to the maximum feasibility. |
